A SURPRISE BLUEBIRD POWDER DAY AT CRESTED BUTTE MOUNTAIN RESORT
Over 8’’of snow fell overnight.
MT. CRESTED BUTTE, Colo. – December 23 – Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) has received over 8 inches of snow that fell overnight. Just in time for the holidays, the guests and local residents are ecstatic with the snow from mother nature and the stoke levels are high in the lift line. CBMR is featuring 80 open trails and 695 skiable acres. Courtesy of the new snow, events and excitement throughout town, there is no better time to be celebrating the holidays in Crested Butte! It is going to be a beautiful bluebird powder day in Crested Butte.
Flights are still arriving into the Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport with some minor delays and Monarch Pass is currently open, check CDOT for more detailed information. Therefore, traveling to and from Crested Butte is possible.
